Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BacklinkCAT (app.backlinkcat.com and backlinkcat.com, the "Platform"), operated by Urooj Enterprises LLC ("BacklinkCAT", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. What BacklinkCAT is
BacklinkCAT is a marketplace that connects advertisers ("Clients") with website owners ("Publishers") who sell sponsored content placements such as guest posts and link insertions. Publishers set their own prices and decide which orders to accept. BacklinkCAT provides the platform, collects payment, holds funds until the work is delivered, and pays Publishers.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse other users, or violate these Terms.
3. Publisher obligations
- You must own or be authorised to sell placements on every website you list. We may verify ownership and remove listings we cannot verify.
- Listing data (metrics, prices, requirements) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Accepted orders must be published within the agreed time, as described in the order, and remain live for at least 12 months unless the order states otherwise.
- Sponsored content must comply with applicable law and search-engine guidelines; you are responsible for disclosure requirements on your site.
4. Client obligations
- Content you submit must be lawful, original or licensed, and must not infringe third-party rights. Content promoting illegal products, adult services, gambling where prohibited, or deceptive practices is not allowed.
- You must review published work within 7 days of delivery. Orders not reviewed within 7 days are automatically marked complete.
5. Orders and payment
Prices shown to Clients include the Publisher's price and BacklinkCAT's service and processing fees. Payment is collected in USD by card through our payment processor (Stripe) when the Publisher accepts the order. Funds are held by BacklinkCAT until the order is complete and are then released to the Publisher, less our fees. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Disputes between users
If delivered work does not match the order, the Client may open a dispute inside the Platform within 7 days of delivery. BacklinkCAT reviews the evidence from both sides and may release the payment, issue a full or partial refund, or ask the Publisher to correct the work. Our decision on the held funds is final. Please use the in-platform dispute process before contacting your card issuer; a chargeback filed while a dispute is open may result in account suspension.
7. Fees and payouts
BacklinkCAT charges a service fee on each order, shown before you pay. Publisher payouts are made through Stripe Connect (where available) at least 3 days after order completion, or through the manual withdrawal process for Publishers in countries Stripe does not support. Publishers are responsible for their own taxes.
8. Prohibited conduct
No circumventing the Platform to transact directly with users you met here, no fake reviews or ratings, no scraping, no attempts to interfere with the Platform's security or payments.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". BacklinkCAT does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, or any commercial result from a placement, and is not a party to the agreement between Client and Publisher except as described here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to BacklinkCAT for the order concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Completed orders and pending payouts are handled according to the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute with BacklinkCAT will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Platform and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
